Role Overview
As Nexoom’s
Senior Sales and Business Development Representative , you are responsible for the new sales pipeline, revenue growth, and developing relationships with our clients to achieve global business objectives in the USA.
The key is to be a self-starter and take the initiative to seize opportunities.You will need to be highly autonomous and be able to work with minimal oversight.
Your role involves identifying and negotiating new collaborations and, developing strategies to maximise their value, and ensuring that the partnerships deliver value for all parties involved.
You will have access to our Marketing, Product, and Legal Department for support in driving revenue growth and increasing market share by defining and driving our value proposition for new and potential clients.

Responsibilities
Secure regional / global deals and partnerships.Ability to meet or exceed sales goals each quarter.Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of our service and product.Identify key brands with a solid budget and marketing drive, as per Nexoom's strategy, and be able to validate and sign agreements with such brands.Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance for optimal program results.Establish solid relationships with key suppliers and drive service growth.Ensure client accounts meet growth targets, addressing issues promptly.Communicate significant revenue discrepancies swiftly.Monitor contractual deliverables and resolve issues promptly.Creating customer value, exceeding customer expectations, strengthening client relationships, driving savings, increasing retention, and optimising performance through process and data analysis.Contribute ideas and commercial/sales feedback to other teams.
Your Skills and Experience
6+ years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing.Strong digital sales acumen.Ability to prioritise selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion.Passion and excitement for the unique needs of entertainment clients.Existing network of brands and proactively network building with new brands.Proven global account/client management or project management success.Expertise in Influencer Marketing, entertainment verticals and live-streaming.Upselling proficiency for increased client revenue and profitability.Strategic development, creative solutions, and goal setting.Innovative problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritisation skills.Possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills as well as strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.Objection-handling capabilities.
