Maritime Workforce Development Analyst, Senior
Key Role:Provide strategic and te chn ical workforce development analysis support to senior defense clients. Understand
current
and future Defense critical te chn ology workforce needs, identify and develop workforce outreach, development, educational curriculum, training, and
related
content. Create, design, and implement strategies and roadmaps designed to identify and develop defense-critical te chn ology talent that improve U.S. workforce capabilities. Work across Defense stakeholder groups and academic institutions to create a pipeline of talent into the defense ecosystem.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience with project development and execution in workforce development, academia, defense, maritime, or critical te chn ologies5+ years of experience with formulating workforce development strategies, including identifying stakeholder groups, facilitating requirements sessions, developing e nga ging and descriptive materials, and performing outreach and e nga gementExperience with teaching and training people in the Defense communityExperience with using Micro sof t Office Suite products, including PowerPoint and Excel, to create polished and professional briefings and reportsKnowledge of the defense industry and the skillsets involved in supporting U.S. Government or Defense needsAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor’s degreeAdditional Qualifications:Ability to develop high visibility briefings and reports for senior defense offi cia lsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent collaboration, listening, and briefing skillsSecret clearanceMaster’s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plusProject Management Professional CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information .Create Your Career:Grow With UsYour growth matters to us—that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
