Position: Intelligence Analyst GEOINT - SME- Opening #505
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI + Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Location: Arlington, VA
Responsibilities
Experience as a GEOINT analyst.
Must have the ability to work with cross-functional and joint teams to address capability assessments for operational and strategic problem sets.
Experience working with Combatant Commands is highly desirable, as is a network of active contacts within the intelligence professional’s community.
Candidate must be capable of processing multi-discipline intelligence to generate fused production, indications and warning, and other threat analysis.
It is also highly desirable that the candidate have experience providing advice and briefing government leadership regarding critical political, military or irregular warfare capabilities in support of operational and tactical level planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree Preferred
At least 15 years of relevant geospatial intelligence experience; demonstrated relevant experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry;
Demonstrated relevant experience using RemoteView, ArcGIS, Socet GXP
Demonstrated relevant experience working with large structured data sets;
Demonstrated relevant experience reading and understanding intelligence issues, military affairs, and use GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems; demonstrated relevant experience utilizing compartmented GEOINT within the past 3 years;
Demonstrated relevant experience with statistical/mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT within the past 3 years; demonstrated relevant experience working cross-IC projects within the past 3 years;
Demonstrated relevant experience conducting data mining using IC databases, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources within the past 3 years;
Demonstrated relevant experience working with intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information within the past 3 years
Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)
Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
