is currently looking for a

Branch Manager

. The right candidate will Oversee branch management, business development, the origination of loans, and relationship management with customers and clients. Lead the branch in meeting or exceeding all branch/company objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Motivate the entire staff to treat each customer as a top priorityDevelop relationships with the homebuilder including but not limited to, Division President, City Manager, Sales Managers, Closing Coordinators, and Sales RepresentativesProvide and review financial reports with Division Presidents, City Managers, CFOs, and local branch managementProvide input to Senior Management. Provide input as required to the Licensing Department to ensure that appropriate licensing policy requirements are in forceDevelop a relationship with local realtors. Call on Sales Representatives in subdivisions regularlyDevelop a detailed marketing plan annually to include business development/sales strategy with on-site sales representatives and outside realtorsDirect staff to communicate loan issues quickly to all concerned parties, i.e. borrowers, builder staff, sales agents, and realtorsMotivate the staff to manage individual pipelines proactively, not reactively. Monitor the speed from contract to processing on all loansAttend Loan Originator and Processor meetings to cast vision and provide supportResponsible for understanding, utilizing, and promoting technology initiativesContinually seek to recruit qualified individuals. Evaluate staff and proceed accordingly. Continually monitor the training needs of the staffCommunicate updates to company policies/procedures to office personnelConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAble to travel overnightReview all rejected files for alternatives, prior to sending denial and/or transferEvaluate the ongoing progress of marketing efforts with Loan Originators in the weekly production meetingsMeet weekly with the builder (RE: loan status, issues)Attend builder backlog meetings. Monitor the backlog reports daily and maintain responsibility for the overall accuracy of the backlogCoordinate a social function with the sales agents quarterlyDevelop a branch marketing plan on an annual basis and review with the Loan Originators quarterlySupervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervises 2 or more employeesQualifications

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentEight to ten years of related experience and/or trainingAt least one year of experience as a Branch Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch ManagerMust have a vehicle and a valid driver’s licenseMust be a licensed Mortgage Loan OriginatorAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderatePreferred QualificationsAbility to multi-task and attention to detail
