Project Manager - Commercia l opportunity
based out of our Park City, UT office at a jobsite near Morgan, UT.
Key responsibilities include:
Assumes accountability and ownership of the project
Responsible for project safety and environment programs
Sets up project reporting procedures
Understands and enforces contractual responsibilities, contract documents and dispute resolution
Ensures timely project completion through effective project scheduling, timely delivery of materials and efficient management of material and document submittals / approvals
Negotiates and issues subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitors their progress
Negotiates, prepares, issues and executes change orders to subcontractors and prepares any revisions to original budget
Prepares and issues monthly owner progress reports, schedules and cost reports
Develops insurance compliance with site-specific quality control and safety plans
Chairs and records project meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or other related field
8-10 years of related experience working on large commercial/resort projects
