If youre ready to jump into an exciting career in the world of retail, were ready to work with you!Job Summary:The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive with their high-profile brands/clients. This will be done through the following objectives with the help and support of the Account Executive leading the process:Support the AE internally by handling all brand callouts, one off projects, and recapsDrive program execution through specific tasks and projects, directed by the AEBuild client business with Winston by presenting and proving our results. Continuously communicate success stories to clients. Validate Winston impact at retail- weekly. Utilize SVR/Photo process to communicate success stories/opportunities to Winston and ClientsUtilize and strengthen the SVR/Photo process to visualize and communicate resultsCommunicate effectively to Winston Team (all departments), Field Merchandising Team, Retailers and ClientsSupport Field Merchandising Team to resolve on-floor challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approachResponsibilities:Experience Requirements:3-5 years of retail, wholesale, or branded apparel experienceBA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising DegreePrevious work as a merchandise coordinator at an apparel company preferredThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent and proven presentation skills, both written and verbalComputer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, email, and the ability to master our field visit report/photo reporting system and utilize digital photographyEffective negotiating skillsStrong independent work ethic and business acumenAbility to adjust to change regularly and be motivated by working with a variety of brands, categories and retailersStrong project management skillsMust be exceptionally organized and excellent at time managementAbility to decipher data, analyze and draw sound conclusions that result in actionable resultsProblem Solving and Decision Making:Must be solution-oriented, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities at retail via strong relationship building with both clients and internal associatesThe candidate must also be willing to grow and work as an Account team member to elevate Winstons reputation in the marketplaceMust be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job doneQualifications:Whats In It For You?
