is seeking a Requirements Analyst with a DOD Secret Clearance to support

KMS

and our government customer in Washington, DC.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Serve as a Requirements Analyst with responsibility for assisting in strategic planning and support of the DOS ADD program activitiesEngage with key stakeholders to capture business needs and drive requirements development, planning, and analysis to enhance DOS operation capabilityAnalyze program policies across DOS portfolio and develop/implement new procedures to modernize operations across the enterpriseAssist in highly complex administrative, analytical, and staff studies and/or projects to assigned departmental activitiesMaintain knowledge and awareness of potential technical solutions and provide recommendations on remedial actions as needed to maintain alignment with the organization's strategic objectivesCreate data calls, investment presentations, and responses to customer and external questions related to investmentsFacilitate working level meetings, providing minutes and other relevant artifactsSupport, as needed, the generation of an annual work plan and business case artifactsServe, as needed, on task forces and management teams as requested to evaluate the effectiveness of existing management/administrative systemsImprove and enable business processes to perform effectively and efficiently with automation tools and knowledge resources that meet and exceed industry standardsProvide support including market analysis, comparative data, lifecycle cost analysis, and performance requirementsWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience supporting Department of State contracts is strongly preferredMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience.BA/BS degree in a related field, MBA preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to relate process and data to drive insightful actionsAbility to formulate and present findings to Executive/Senior management and influence at multiple levels in the organizationSkills and experience in presenting analytical results both verbally and in writingAbility to work independently with constantly shifting prioritiesExperience supporting Federal business operations and budget cyclesWorking knowledge of software development lifecycleExperience with application development teamsRequirements documentation experience requiredProject managerial experience preferredA current DoD SECRET clearance required to be considered

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
