Strategic Account Manager
Job Summary
We are a national, digital dental marketing agency looking for a highly motivated, career-driven Strategic Account Manager. This employee will serve as an outsourced marketing director for multiple accounts and is responsible for managing client relationships, assorted multimedia marketing projects and coordinating team tasks and providing deliverables. A minimum of 5 years of account management experience is required. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in website development, SEO, PPC, social media, local SEO, online reviews and overall marketing for success.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clientsBuild strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contactSet digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific needs and requirementsSuggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI and company growthAbility and willingness to do consultative analysis and sales to assist with client growthAddress client queries effectively and in a timely mannerOptimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEOPresent social media strategies to clientsReport on web performance metricsAnalyze digital campaign successStay up-to-date with digital technology trends and share amongst Account Managers and cross-functional teamsKey Competencies
Proven work experience as a Digital Account ManagerHands-on experience with SEO/SEM and website designExperience implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaignsExperience navigating and interpreting Google AnalyticsIn-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platformsPrior experience as an Account Manager in an agency and/or fast paced atmosphereExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to do consultative salesProficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Google Drive, email marketing systems and project management systemsBS in Marketing or relevant fieldAbility to travel up to 25%Required Skills/Abilities
