Our core products include Hard Truth Sweet Mash Bourbon, Sweet Mash Rye, High Road Rye, Cinnamon Vodka, Toasted Coconut Rum, and Maple Bourbon Cream.

Overview:

Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales the On Premise Market Manager - Indiana is responsible for the growth and development of On Premise sales within the state of Indiana. The individual in this role will conduct regular market work, manage account relationships, and execute in-market activations in an effort to grow Hard Truth Distilling Company's On Premise sales volume. The duties involved include, but are not limited to:

Conducting Regular Independent Market Work to secure new On Premise placements and maintain current On Premise placementsConducting Regular Market Work with Distributor Representatives to secure new On Premise placements and maintain current On Premise placementsManaging On Premise account relationships and coordinating retail partnerships to meet KPI's and Sales Volume GoalsDeveloping On Premise programming (deals, incentives, in-market promotions) in conjunction with Regional Vice President of SalesPresenting On Premise programming to distributor partners at General Sales Meetings and with regular check-ins.Executing On Premise programming (including in-market demos, tastings, activations, etc.) to drive sales volume based on set goals and KPI'sTracking On Premise programming performance with Regional Vice President of Sales based on KPI's and Sales Volume GoalsQualifications:

Minimum of 4 years experience in CPG sales, spirits industry preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of On Premise Specific sales experience (spirits industry preferred).Demonstrated experience in account management and customer relationship development.Demonstrated experience in tracking sales performance against stated volume goals and KPI's.Demonstrated experience in executing in-market, On-Premise events and activations.Preferred: Strong Knowledge of WhiskeyPreferred: Strong Knowledge of Craft SpiritsPreferred: Strong Understanding of MixologyPreferred: Strong Understanding of Restaurant and Bar Operations
