Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, financial statements, and journal entries.2. Managing the financial aspects of grants, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.3. Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data and providing recommendations based on findings.4. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with these policies.5. Managing accrued revenue, expenditures, and depreciation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.6. Allocating expenses and managing patient revenue entries.7. Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.8. Collaborating with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.9. Interacting with various senior stakeholders and other team members to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.Qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.3. Proficiency in Abila MIP or equivalent financial management software.4. Strong understanding of financial statements, journal entries, accrued revenue, expenditures, grants, depreciation, and expense allocation.5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive financial planning.6. Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to a non-financial audience.8. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.9. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.10.
