The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in residential roofing sales and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is committed to providing quality roofing solutions to our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide technical expertise and support to clients on roofing solutions and maintenance. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients. Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and contracts to clients. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends. Hire, coach, train and develop a sales and customer-service focused sales teamQualifications: 3+ years of experience in residnetial roofing sales and maintenance team leadership. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems and maintenance practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
