Requirements:• MD/DO• Active unrestricted MO License• BC/BE• ACLS
Responsibilities:• Attend to approximately 8-10 patients per half day• Provide comprehensive Gastroenterology care, including clinical services and procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound, and ERCP.• Performing emergent procedures including GI bleeding, food boluses, foreign bodies, abdominal pain,• Offer consultative services to patients at the clinic• Notify patients of their test results promptly.• Deliver discharge education and follow-up instructions, coordinating with the next care setting for Gastroenterology patients.• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and attend committee meetings as required by the facility's Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or their designee.• Strive to prevent medication errors, falls, and patient injuries during care delivery.• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
