What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design tailored and ad hoc reports for the administrative team and participating provider organizationsAnalyze program data and prepare reports with recommendations for improving clinical operations and quality programsSummarize findings and present them to key stakeholders, including the executive teamUse data to identify high-risk members and develop care management initiativesPerform custom analysis of healthcare and information systems data and make recommendations based on findings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 plus years of experience in Health IT, Data Analysis & Reporting, or a related areaAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 suite of productsExperience with SQL, business intelligence software, and Electronic Health Record softwareFlexibility to work in a team-based environment and independentlyStrong verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with state-level Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDDH) data requirementsExperience in understanding mental health and substance use claims files and utilization
