Collaborate with Digital Services leadership on technology architecture, project roadmap, and team goals.Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.Help maintain code quality and organization with peer code review and automated testing.Analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them.Strong sense of team collaboration, as well as ability to work independently and meet deadlines with or without supervision.Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.Must be detail oriented and quality driven.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other equivalent degree/experience.Minimum 7+ years of full-time Ruby on Rails experience.Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong individual contribution and effective team contributor.Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle, web application development, and project management.Experience with source code management and issue tracking systems (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, etc.).Experience with relational and NoSQL database structures (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).Experience with event streaming (Apache Kafka, Amazon SQS, etc.).Experience with API integration between internal and third-party systems.Pay Range: $115,000 – $130,000
