Job Summary
As a motivated and experienced Project Manager you will be responsible to perform Leapwork Professional Services P roject M anagement , Project Management Office (PMO) and Resource Management activities . This unique and new position requires a professional with a strong background in project management and resource management (a plus) to ensure the successful execution of projects and the optimal utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering professional services is a team effort, and this role performs project management and resource management activities working closely with our delivery managers, and Go-To-Market e.g., sales, customer success managers and customer experience (e.g., training, and technical architects)Project ManagementProject Management Office (PMO), oversight and coaching for consistent use of Project Management disciplines e.g. project kick-off, weekly status reporting, hand-over document, success stories, update of SF with project metrics, conduct lessons learned, storing in central repository.Maintain and update Project Management artifacts.Review test automation work by consultants and check that output meets Leapwork’s quality standards.Conduct feedback sessions with consultants to help them grow professionally.Lead people and inspire them to overcome the PM challenges they face in projects.Assist with delivering of Leapwork adoption assessments e.g. Health checks.For larger billable projects, provide project management leadership.Plan, staff, execute, and oversee the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. Ensure all project deliverables are documented and archived appropriately.
Resource ManagementDevelop and maintain a resource management plan, including the allocation and assignment of resources from prospect through to successful delivery, inclusive of our delivery partner ecosystem.Work with the PS Delivery Managers-understand the skill set mix of the consultants.track and report on resource availability and utilization, ensuring optimal use of personnel and resources.forecast revenue.Provide oversight of time entry policy and administer time entry tool e.g. set-up, accurate reporting.Recommends process improvements for Resource Management.Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
6+ years of Project Management in Professional Services software industry or similar role2+ years of Quality Assurance /Test Automation in software industry proficiencyStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Able to work in a team environment and possess exceptional organizational skills.Billable project management experience, a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, a plusExperience in resource management activities in professional services, a plus.Ability to overlap with IST time zone by 4 hours E.g. 7am EST start time depending upon meetings.Travel 0-10%.
