As a Cask Engineer, you will work with analysts, architects and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform.Open to candidates with experience in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, GRC, SecOps or HRSD.What you’ll be doing:Implement and Configure Common ServiceNow Applications and Capabilities, such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, and Service PortalDesign / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access ControlsCreate Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI ActionsUse JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configurationCreate Scoped Applications using StudioAutomate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow EngineBuild data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNowConfigure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilitiesDocument all technical work for purposes of knowledge transferWhat you’ll bring to the tableDegree in Information technology or a related discipline or comparable combination of education and professional experiencePrevious experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer or equivalent rolePrevious Scripting/Coding Experience (JavaScript preferred)Active ServiceNow Certifications a plusExperience with Agile software development and related concepts preferredExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skillsTechnically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectivesSelf-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirementsCapable of working independently as well as in a team environmentAble to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication appropriately to the intended audienceExcellent active listening skillsCapable of dealing with and managing conflictWhy Cask?Perks? Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
