What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Architect, Design, Develop, and Test robust and scalable applications leveraging .NET, Azure, and C#Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic leveraging CosmosDB, SQLServer, and other Azure servicesJointly own technology decisions with product managers and architects, ensuring the delivery of robust solutionsResolve complex and critical production issues, as well as handle escalated service issuesMentor junior software engineers, helping them overcome obstacles and develop their skills
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualificationMinimum 6 years of experience with application development, system architecture, or a similar roleSolid experience with .NET, C# programming, and object-oriented developmentExperience with SQL and NOSQL databases like SQLServer, CosmosDB/MongoDBProficiency in developing cloud, serverless, and event-driven solutions in Azure/AWS
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with other programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or RubyKnowledge of Life Sciences systems and businessGood understanding of development and testing frameworks and best practicesProficiency in code management and deployment patterns including branching
