Design and develop comprehensive PLC-controlled baggage handling systems, including hardware selection, PLC programming, and integration.Configure and program managed switches, including VLAN setup, port access control, security patching, redundancy implementation, and performance monitoring.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with integrated systems promptly and systematically.Provide technical support and assistance to field engineers during system installation and commissioning.Document and maintain detailed records of PLC programs and system configurations.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in PLC programming and automation.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in PLC programmingProficiency in HMI/SCADA systems and programmingProven experience designing and implementing automation systemsProficiency with Ladder Logic programming a plusExperience with Siemens products and toolsets a plusAbility to travel up to 50% to client sites for system installations and support.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Why Join Analogic:Competitive pay -$125K - $150K commensurate with experience401K with company match vested immediatelyHSA/FSA match8 weeks paid parental leaveComprehensive healthcare benefitsContinuous education pathwaysOn-site café and gymFlexible work schedule and vacation optionsLocation: Peabody, MA
