We are looking for Project Architects and Architects, ideally with healthcare, science and technology, and highereducation experience.

Project Architect:-Minimum of five years of architectural experience, with at least one year of recent Project Architect experienceleading multi-disciplinary teams and working on large-scale projects required.-Revit proficiency required.-Professional degree in architecture required.-Professional registration required.

Architect:-Minimum five years of architectural experience, working with multi-disciplinary teams on relevant projectsrequired.-Proficiency in Revit and Rhino and/or SketchUp required.-Professional degree in architecture required.-Professional registration required.We also have a need for more specialized experience in Healthcare Planners and Science Planners:

Healthcare Planners:-Minimum of ten years of recent experience in planning, programming, and developing healthcare departmentswithin large, complex medical facilities required.-Thorough knowledge of codes and standards as related to healthcare facilities, individual municipalities, State,IBC, ADA, ANSI, NFPA, FGI Guidelines, and specialty-specific standards required.-Revit proficiency required.-Associates degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field required; architectural degree preferred.-Hybrid work environment; The planner position can decide to work remotely. The Flad offices are alwaysavailable to support business needs.

Science Planners:-Minimum of seven years of recent science planning experience with a focus on master planning, programming,and developing large complex laboratory facilities required.-Revit proficiency required.-Associates degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field required; architectural degree preferred.-Hybrid work environment; The planner position can decide to work remotely. The Flad offices are alwaysavailable to support business needs.
