This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for civil engineering design and a commitment to sustainability and development services. As a Civil Project Engineer at Luxus Build, you will be involved in a wide variety of project types, playing a key role from conceptual planning through to project approval and construction. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for both in-office and remote work.Key Responsibilities:Project Design and Development:
Lead and contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site and public infrastructure, building, and wastewater/water projects.Sustainability Focus:
Integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of design and development.Project Coordination:
Coordinate project efforts across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.Technical Expertise:
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D to create precise and efficient design solutions.Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs meet relevant regulations and standards, and obtain necessary approvals.Qualifications:Experience:
3 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering design, with specific experience in building and wastewater/water projects.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory.Licensure:
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaboration:
