Analyze and determine the functional and technical specifications needed to upgrade and enhance existing systems.Configure, maintain, upgrade, and manage computer servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Create and design comprehensive reports that analyze system results for the management team and business units.Document the implementation procedures for full lifecycle projects involving system applications.Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures to ensure quality and performance standards are met.Oversee programming tasks, ensuring code quality and adherence to project requirements.Maintain thorough documentation of all software development and testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system upgrades and enhancements.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during system upgrades and enhancements.Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, implementing necessary changes and upgrades.Qualifications
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.Additional Information
