We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.Essential Functions:This role is part of the GSC Program Management team and will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a quick fast-paced environment - including process improvements, tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders.Accountable for the overall management, strategy, integration, planning, and execution of all GSC functions on a Restricted Program and in a specific area of manufacturing.Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate integrated mitigation or opportunity plans are developed and executed to address any organizational or programmatic risks and opportunities related to procurement supply chain.The Manager will serve as a focal point with Responsibility Accountability and Action (RAA) to the Section Leader within GSCPM team.Responsible for developing and executing GSC strategies to support the build process on the program, with focus on achieving affordability, operational efficiency, safety and first-time quality targets.Schedule performanceRisk/opportunity managementBasic Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or project management; a Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.Must have SAP experience.Must have an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree.Cost Management experience.Special Program Access.Proven ability to act with speed; understand the need for urgency to meet the needs of the business and stakeholders; decisive, drive timely decision-making; empower others with clear accountability and appropriate support.Salary Range:

$138,100 - $207,100The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
