Senior Tax Accountant

Our firm is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax advice to clients, preparing and filing tax returns, and managing the overall tax compliance process. The Senior Tax Accountant should have an in-depth understanding of the tax code and regulations, as well as experience with financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy of tax returns.Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.Provide advice on tax planning strategies.Perform research on complex tax issues.Conduct audits and review financial records for accuracy.Provide guidance to clients on tax compliance issues.Experience with Prosystems (Must)

Experience

Experience with multistate and partnerships, individuals, corporation and partnerships.Tax experience: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification
