Senior Litigation Attorney

Our client seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Chicago, IL.POSITION SUMMARY:In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:Full-time; remote with possible 12-month transition to in-office6 or more years of litigation experience7-10 personal injury trials, as first chair requiredMember of the Illinois Bar and in good standingExperience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.Superb negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a proactive approach to problem-solvingTeam-orientedFIRM BENEFITS:The Firm offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
