Our Labor and Employment Attorney provides general legal consultation and analysis in labor and employment related matters as indicated. Oversees management of employee claims and litigation. This position requires up to 20% air and/or local travel.Key Responsibilities

Assist Human Resources with leave, disability, internal investigations, employee grievances/arbitrations, and recommend/implement appropriate actions.Handle employment-related matters such as EEOC/State Employment Agency cases, employment litigation, and provide guidance on union negotiations and consultation.Draft, negotiate, and interpret collective bargaining agreements, while providing guidance on matters related to unionized workforce.Stay updated on changing federal/state employment and leave laws and evaluate their impact.Provide support and recommendations to site management, regional management, and executive/senior level staff on employment and union-related matters, enforce company policies/procedures, and apply critical thinking and sound judgment in various situations.Qualifications & Requirements

EducationJuris Doctorate Degree from an ABA-accredited institution.ExperienceFive (5) or more years of experience in employment and labor lawLicenses/CertificationsLicense to Practice Law in State of EmploymentWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
