The position requires an understanding of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, and adoptions.This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of family law. Responsibilities
Handling a wide range of family law cases from the initial consultation to resolution.Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and adoption.Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.Providing legal advice to clients on their rights and responsibilities.Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective case strategies.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, court decisions, and trends in the field of family law.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Minimum of 2 years of experience in matrimonial and family law.Current license to practice law in the state of New YorkProven experience in handling divorce, child custody, and adoption cases.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.High ethical standards and professional integrity.The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.A client-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional legal service.Interested in hearing more?
