General Liability Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking a General Liability attorney for our client, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states. They have an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Associate to join their Philadelphia office. There is some flexibility for this person to be based in our Princeton, NJ office.

The Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, product liability, transportation and/or insurance defense. Admittance to the New Jersey bar is highly preferred.
