Our client is an AI Startup, reshaping storytelling and personal development for startup founders.Location:
Remote/Bay AreaRole:Work directly with our founders and industry experts.Apply your expertise to integrate various APIs and pioneer the development of advanced AI models.Have the autonomy and ownership to ensure a deep commitment to AI ethics, including data privacy, fairness, and security.Lead the scaling of our infrastructure securely and efficiently.Manage computational resources and ensure our product complies with legal standards.Apply your deep curiosity for storytelling, self-actualization, and personal growth to build something groundbreaking in the ever-evolving realm of AI.Build our engineering organization while tackling unsolved product and engineering problems.What you have:Demonstrated ability in building and leading the development of world-class software products.Examples: Advanced AI models, complex system architectures, enterprise-grade software with robust security (Google Cloud, AWS, OpenAI, DeepMind).Proficient in integrating various APIs and pioneering the development of advanced AI models.Strong understanding of AI ethics, including data privacy, fairness, and security.7+ years of total experience in a tech leadership role.Google level equivalent would be L7-L8: Senior Staff or Principal.Proven expertise in a wide range of technology areas, including AI development, systems infrastructure, and API integration.The ability to shift focus across different areas of the tech stack as needed is crucial to this role.Strong experience in scaling infrastructure, managing computational resources, and ensuring product compliance.Bonus Points:Founding tech lead or early engineer at a hyper-growth startup.Experience in organizations known for their technical innovation (Anthropic, Cohere, DeepMind, OpenAI).Based in the Bay Area.The salary range is $180,000 - $240,000 base.
