The primary purpose of the Senior Financial Analyst is to prepare financial related analyses and research for company operations including duties related to budgeting/forecasting, organic growth calculations, month-end close, new business and other ad hoc analysis for corporate operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete annual budgetComplete monthly re-forecast, including review of revenue run rates, carrier bonus, block change and staffingPrepare and distribute internal financial reporting, including MD&A and variance analysis to plan, PY, prior forecast and pro forma where applicableFinancial Business Partner to P&L Leaders / PrincipalsLiaison between operations teams and producer compensation / revenue accountingTrack earn out performance and review with Seller. Liaison with Treasury on earn out paymentsComplete producer buy out modelsReview and approve job requisitions (net new & replacement) via Workday for given P&LsDevelop financial analysis for new space & lease reviews, including capex and buildout if applicableTrack regional bonus accrualsReview and analyze monthly producer compensation expense and spend identifying opportunities for cost savings; Validate and audit commission data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyComplete ad-hoc tasks for the FP&A team on an as-needed basisAssist with AR preparation on an as-needed basisQualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Ability to maintain confidentiality;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects;Education, Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area;Three to six years of experience in a similar financial position;Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge;Experience with insurance brokerage operations, preferred but not required;Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Must be detail oriented, accurate and have the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within a given time frame.Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
