Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plansAssist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group settingManage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsMentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staffTeach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practicesBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentAssist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications:

Passion for math and working with studentsMinimum 1 year related experience, preferably in a leadership role in education, sales or customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilitiesExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IProficiency in computer skillsOpen availability during business operating hours, including evenings and weekends.Hours will vary, but generally are afternoon and evenings. Candidates would need to be available Monday-Thursday from 2pm-7:00pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. Pay will be based on education and experience. This is a part time position and Assistant Center Directors typically work between from 20 - 29 hours/week.All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
