We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will not only analyze data but also create insightful reports that drive informed decision-making. Your ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and communicate those findings effectively will be crucial.
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/annually
Responsibilities
Data Analysis:Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data extraction and transformation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.Reporting and Visualization:Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.Create and maintain company presentations related to performance, recognition, and data analysis.Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.Customize reports based on specific business needs, ensuring they provide actionable insights.Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Excel Skills, and experience with PowerQuery/PowerPivotProven experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Specialist.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
