Join an architectural firm specializing in roofing consulting and building envelope restorations. As their next architect, you will act as a construction consultant and manage reconstruction projects from the initial contract to the final stages of construction. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, building analysis and evaluations, and performing construction monitoring.
Responsibilities
Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality renovations and restorations.
Conduct pre-bid meetings and perform construction monitoring.
Perform building analysis, testing and prepare reports and designs.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years as a Florida-licensed Architect.
Experience in new construction and renovation work that includes building envelope restoration and roof replacement of steep and low-slope roofing systems.
High-level understanding of Florida building codes, and construction techniques concerning commercial and industrial roofs and building envelopes (wall systems).
AUTOCAD 2D design experience preferred.
