Headquartered in Marina del Rey, California, with offices worldwide, Zefr is driving innovation in brand safety.What You’ll DoAs an Associate UX Designer, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the ideation and design of user interfaces for our reporting platform. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and QA, to enhance the user experience and create visually appealing reporting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Managers to understand user requirements and contribute to the conceptualization and execution of immersive reporting experiences.Work closely with UX/UI, Engineering, and QA experts to create user-centric designs that align with Zefr's brand and industry standards.Contribute to the ideation and design of user interfaces for reporting on major social media platforms, including YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into design iterations, ensuring an optimal user experience.Assist in crafting compelling narratives for product features during Go-To-Market execution.Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Embrace a user-centered design approach, advocating for the end user throughout the design process.Help maintain and organize a cohesive design system.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.What We’re Looking For1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related field, or a degree focused on UX Design.Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, FIGMA, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (FIGMA is preferred).Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving design methodologies.A portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework is a plus.Zefr is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
