Solicitor/Legal Executive – Industrial Disease Team
The firm are recruiting for a solicitor or legal executive with considerable experience in asbestos illness litigation to join our Industrial Disease
team.The team covers complex and high-value claims for those with terminal illnesses, life-limiting conditions or respiratory disability predominately caused by occupational exposure to Asbestos dust throughout the South, South East, London and Home Counties.The successful candidate will take over an existing caseload of asbestos-related illness claims and be expected to run their own cases with the support of an experienced assistant.The successful candidate would be expected to travel to see clients, attend coffee mornings organised by an asbestos support group and be involved in marketing the team.Applications are welcomed from solicitors or legal executives with a proven track record of helping those affected by asbestos illnesses.Although the firm is based in Portsmouth, we offer hybrid working, and once established, the successful candidate would be able to organise their own time between office and home, bearing in mind that the role involves a considerable amount of travel to see clients.The candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines and be able to show compassion and understanding to help those clients who are seriously ill.Please forward a copy of your CV with a covering letter to Natalie Courage.
