Appellate Law Attorney
with
5-15 years
of experience in appellate advocacy. The ideal candidate should possess robust writing skills, a strong business and entrepreneurial acumen, and proactive attributes along with exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution capabilities. Additionally, the role necessitates a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service, adept management of internal and external client and counsel relationships, and effective handling of multiple files and competing deadlines. Duties:
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis pertaining to appellate matters.
Draft appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents with precision and persuasiveness.
Prepare compelling oral arguments for presentation in appellate court hearings.
Collaborate closely with clients and co-counsel to devise and implement effective case strategies.
Represent clients proficiently in appellate court proceedings, showcasing strong advocacy skills.
Provide sound legal advice and counsel on appellate issues to both clients and colleagues.
Stay abreast of developments in appellate law, regulations, and precedents to ensure up-to-date expertise.
Efficiently manage multiple files and consistently meet deadlines.
Assist with other legal matters and projects as required.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
5-15 years of experience practicing appellate law.
Strong writing skills and the ability to craft compelling legal arguments.
Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
Proactive approach with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
Proficiency in effectively managing internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Certifications and Education:
