Administrative Assistant

to join their team in

Redmond, WA .Responsibilities:Filing tenant files and vendor filesAnswering property phone calls and visitors to the management officeResearch payments for vendors.Help obtain operational and construction bids.Assist in preparation of service contracts and AIA contracts.Assist with the budget process.Open access points on site for vendors as needed.Provide administrative support for the Marketing DirectorAssist external marketing director with execution of onsite marketing activations and events including distribution of onsite marketing materials and coordination of operations, security, external vendors, etc. for a successful event.Field initial incoming calls re: event sponsorships and not-for-profit onsite events with sponsorship participationEnter sales in Yardi PM system and reach out to tenants to obtain sales.Tenant and vendor insurance certificate trackingApply Cash Receipts for tenants.Review A/R and address delinquency as needed.Maintain Tenant contact list in Yardi PM system.Maintain Vendor contact list.Collect and track HVAC and other maintenance Contracts from tenants.Preparation of special projects on an ad hoc basisQualifications:

4-7 years experience in commercial/ retail real estateHigher Education a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of AVID Exchange and Yardi, preferredProficient in Excel & WordBasic knowledge of real estateThe ability to read and interpret complex tenant leasesEqual Opportunity Employer Statement
