Cisco Voice Engineer requires:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical area or equivalent technical training/experience. Certification in a call management/voice system application Experience:

Minimum four years of experience providing high-quality end user support, resolving issues and providing a high level of customer service. Minimum two years of experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity and UCCX and Finesse. Minimum two years of experience providing IT customer support within a research or academic environment. Experience in higher education and a hospital setting. Experience in a voice communications, including but not limited to: voicemail, phone systems, and call centers. Cisco Voice Engineer duties:

Provide a high level of customer service focused technical support over the phone, via email, over chat, and other communication mediums identified. This includes: Timely, courteous, and polite customer interactions. A high level of problem solving skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and determine ways to eliminate these issues in the future. Technical knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Unity voicemail, and Call Center application.
