SOFTWARE ENGINEER - JAVA & SPRINGBOOT

Job DescriptionSkiltrek is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Public Cloud Services group focused around Developer Experience. This team is responsible for creating a Developer Portal that internal application developers will use to initiate account creation to get their application onto the cloud. You will be working to create springboot microservices and deploy them to AWS infrastructure using helm charts, docker containers, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. This will be a hybrid remote schedule working 2x a week onsite in either New York City or Irving, TX.Minimum RequirementsStrong backend Java experience creating springboot or reactive microservicesExperienced building microservices on a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experienced deploying microservices to the cloud using tools like helm, jenkins, docker, maven, kubernetesExperienced provisioning infrastructure as needed with Terraform or CloudFormationDesired SkillsHarnessOpenshiftUI work with Angular or ReactJS
