The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a key role in supporting the consolidation of budgets and forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial Center of Excellence (CoE) Finance. This position is responsible for developing repeatable reporting and analysis processes, collaborating with various functional leaders, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Position location:

This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our main office located in Deerfield, IL to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Lead and assist in the preparation and compilation of annual budgets and recurring forecasts for Central Functions, including modeling, time-series analysis, and graphic presentation of financial data.Develop and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for consolidating budgets and monthly forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial CoE Finance.Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of Central Function performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.Produce accurate and timely financial reports for Central and Commercial Function leadership.Communicate financial results and forecasts to Central Function budget owners in a clear and actionable manner.Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of special projects.Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field required.5+ years of corporate finance experience. 7+ years of experience preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Previous experience with financial modeling and proficiency with spreadsheet programs and financial modeling development.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Oracle PBCS is preferred.Additional Information
