Key Responsibilities
Manage campus facilities operations, including grounds, environmental services, construction, and maintenance.Oversee external vendors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and custodial services.Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of management experience.5+ years of director-level experience in a campus setting.Experience managing multiple departments and projects.Clear driving record and valid license.
