1:5Responsibilities:The Neurologist will:
Work mostly out of outpatient clinic with some inpatient responsibility.Diagnosing complex medical problems by referring to a patient's history, examining them, and conducting neurological testsCounseling patients on neurological disorders and their backgroundOrdering neurological tests and interpreting the results of neuroimaging studiesPrescribing and/or administering treatment and medicationMonitoring the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medicationOrdering supportive care services for patientsParticipating in neuroscience research activities.Acting as a liaison with medical professionals in the community and hospitalsKeeping up-to-date with neurological developments, treatments, and medicationQualifications:
Licensed to practice in the State of New JerseyBoard Eligible / Certified in NeurologyDesired Skills:
