University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a part-time or full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join our established clinic in Alameda, CA.
Position Details:24-32 patient contact hours per weekCommunity-based practicePractice evidence-based medicine following American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines and standardsDemonstrated knowledge and adherence to the AAP's principles, including patient care, preventative care such as vaccinations, safety, and ethical guidelinesCommitted to providing high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care in alignment with APP's policies and recommendationsProviders see an average of 15-18 patients a dayClinic Hours - M-F from 8:15AM-5:15PM and a Saturday clinic from 9AM-12PMOpportunity to practice full-spectrum Pediatrics and performing basic outpatient office procedures such as suturing, circumcisions, tongue clips, etc.Practice consists of four (4) PediatriciansShared light call schedule (includes hospital rounds on newborns and hospitalized patients)- 1:5 and evenly distributed among physicians in the clinicOpportunity to precept Family Medicine residents starting Fall 2025Access to specialistsDiverse patient populationWhy practice with UMP?
