Agency Insurance Specialist
As an Insurance Specialist for our AAA Auto Club Enterprises Agency Insurance Group, you are bringing your expertise to our premier fast-paced call center. Qualified candidates will bring their passion for helping others to our best-in-class organization in delivering legendary service to our Members. In this role, you will assist our Members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their existing non-standard auto, home, watercraft, umbrella & commercial insurance policies.Responsibilities Include:Handling insured calls through our Agency call centerServicing insurance policies with the various Agency carriersProcessing insurance paymentsUpdating electronic insured informationQualifications:3 – 5 years of Insurance Servicing ExperienceP&C License RequiredA high school diploma or GED RequiredThe starting pay range for this position is: $22.12 - $29.49.
