Dates of Coverage: ASAP thru 9/08/23 with option to extendSchedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pmScope of Work: Will be seeing both walk-in and scheduled urgent care patients. Diagnose and treating work related injuries. Requirements: BC, BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted MO license, DOT certified before start date, and Covid vaccinated.Additional: Client will pay for travel and lodging.
