We have an immediate need in the Hilton Head area for a new internal medicine physician to practice in a new office location. The new office will be in a community that caters to young, active retirees. There are 13,000 homes here and definitely not enough physicians. Another reason for recruiting is that a well established group has abandoned traditional medicine and gone to a concierge model. This has left some 6,000 people without a primary care provider.
