Internal Medicine Job in West Central Minnesota with Shareholder Option

Two to three internal medicine physicians are needed to join a thriving and well established multi-specialty group in west-central Minnesota. The group is made up of hospitalists, family physicians, internists, pediatricians, OB/GYN specialists, a urologist, general surgeons, a podiatrist as well as midwives and advanced care providers. The new internists will be joining three other internal medicine doctors in practice. This employed position offers a shareholder option. The group covers a 127 bed hospital that has 24,000 inpatients a year with 169,000 outpatient visits. The service population is approaching 100,000.
These openings will provide starting salaries of $200,000 enhanced by wRVU production bonuses.There is a negotiable signing bonus as well as relocation assistance.The full benefits package will include medical, dental, retirement, malpractice coverage and more.Employees receive four weeks of paid time off with shareholders moving up to six weeks.Enjoy a favorable payor mix.This rapidly growing community has four distinct seasons and plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities.
