Job Description
Lutheran Hospice is one of the few hospices in Colorado to be continually accredited by The Joint Commission, the Gold Standard by which healthcare quality is measured in the U.S. We offer a full spectrum of services, including home hospice, inpatient hospice and palliative care in the home. Our comprehensive exemplary services also include in-home delivery of medicine, medical equipment, supplies, oxygen, therapies, lab work and other services related to the terminal diagnosis.Your day.As a Physician inHospice and Palliative Careyoull build your patient panel, andprovide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day youll collaborate with knowledgeable Physicians,several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.Multiple practice venue options: inpatient hospice unit, inpatient hospital palliative care consultative service, palliative care at home, palliative care in ambulatory clinic, home hospice (IDT, home visits/F2F visits, team physician), overnight call off-site.
