Avant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Trenton NJ is now hiring for a full-time Physical Therapist to join their in-house team!

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healingAssure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of careProvide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregiversMonitor patient response to treatment interventionComplete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records..Career Advantages:
