Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of ConnecticutBoard Eligible / Certified in Internal or Family MedicineResponsibilities:The Primary Care Physician will:
Provide consultations by examining patientsReview medical records, reports, and logsResearch information and develop conclusions and care recommendationsPerform other duties, as neededYour privacy is important to us.
