This Southwest client has a need for a Orthopedic Surgeon to join the team. The incoming provider will enjoy a busy Monday - Friday schedule where providers perform general orthopedic, total joints and revisions, adult reconstruction procedures with some standard orthopedic trauma. Additional training welcome! The team is patient focused collaborative team! The hospital offers an excellent base compensation with bonus and a full benefits package that offers it all.

Hospital Employee, Outpatient onlyM-F, no weekends Surgical scheduleMinimal Call RatioCME time and money availableSubstantial Mid-Level supportClinical support structure: 3 RNs, 2 orthopedic cast techs, in-house X-ray, dedicated MA w/ additional support if neededGenerous Time Off Program (vacation, sick leave, CME and holiday)Salary is over $500,000 and every RVU that is produced over the supported base salary will be paid as a bonusOver $20,000 sign-on bonus$12,500 for relocation
